Not perfect, but would recommend to a friend
I haven't had a professional resume prepared before this. I can only base this review on my service expectations and on gaps between what I was told and what I received. I think Jay's name is mentioned in several reviews here. He was my contact point. He was responsive and appeared a bit upset a couple of times that submitted revision hadn't been incorporated into the document. I didn't pay for any rush or extra service. I realized that my resume wasn't up to current HR standards and after talking with Jay I thought Resume Profs bring it up to standard. The first version based on my old resume required a number of revisions, maybe 30 to 60 minutes of my time to edit the drafts. After that the changes were maybe a few word choices here and there. It took about five working days to get the intial draft. After I submitted my first draft revision it was a couple of weeks to get the final version. No problem, I wasn't in a time crunch. The final product turned out very nice and professional. I would recommend them.
