Cover letter was a generic, copy and paste template. Both resume and cover letter were riddled with grammatical errors, inconsistent structuring. The feedback was given & they sent back a copy with more thought, but also more errors. They also called to explain that it was “just a draft” (as if that makes errors of that kind any less embarrassing). Unusable to professionally send to a hiring manager. If I could attach photos, I would.

DO NOT use this company! Told me my resume package would be ready in 24 hours. 6 days later still no resume. After trying to contact them through email for 2 days, with no response I went onto the chat service. They gave me I am sorry song and dance and said it will be ready in 30 minutes. Sure enough it was ready in 30 minutes. He said it is just a rough draft and can be edited. The rough draft was the resume I sent in for revision in a different font!

Fraud, SCAMMER, LOWLIFE!! No stars , but would not let me continue unless I put at least one. FRAUD ALERT; I HAVE A FORMAL COMPLAINT FILED FOR INTERNET CRIMES AND MY BANK IS FOLLOWING THE MONEY TRAIL. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE. I sent my resume, picked out a template and what they sent to me was pure garbage. I have 22 years of experience. They put my work experience was from 2017 to 2019. My education , what they decided to list( zero form by the way, no template) should have stated graduated with honors and my 2 current proffessional licenses and thei numbers.. I had ( it expired, but good to put in)an EMT certificate. I am honorably discharged from Armed Forces and a lot more. No credentials. They made stuff up saying I stocked shelves. I told Gary Brent all the faults and he never fixed them or sent me a corrected copy. I have 2 job interviews and I always show up with a copy of my resume and the person interviewing me always appreciates it. 22 years of experience yet I worked for 2. I was told days ago I would get a rewrite. Nothing. No response to calls or email. Next is the AG office. DO NOT USE THIS SEVICE. MY CALLS AND EMAILS ARE IGNORED.THE FBI IS NOW INVOLVED.IT IS A SCAM. I EMAILED JUST GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK. NO REPLY.TIME FOR LAW ENFORCEMENT.

So, I used this company ONLY because a good friend referred me. I needed to totally revise my resume because I have switched industries going form corporate america to education. My resume I currently have and did on my own looks very professional. I requested that they hone in on the keys things I've done in education and highlight the fact that I've been in school getting my bachelors degree. It took them 3 days to return a f-ing resume that looks like my youngest daughter did, NOT a professional resume that is career specific. It is basic basic archaic format with bullets. I immediately replied back and let them know that first, they didn't even select the template I chose, furthermore I'm not satisfied. I am on the phone now with my bank because they will be reversing this charge as fraud!

These are scammers, they charged me $239 for resume and cover letter and gave me nothing but excuses. I have an ongoing fraud case going with them and they refused to return my money

This company basically copies and pastes some jargon into your existing resume. There were blatant misrepresentations about the work I have done throughout, despite sending them detailed briefs on past projects. When I sent extensive notes on the draft I didn't hear back from them for about a month, in fact, the only time I did hear from them was when I reached out to get my refund.

Extremely unprofessional service. Highly disappointed. Initial draft resume had multiple errors including trivial spelling errors. I immediately requested for a refund and I have not been refunded my money ($129) for over 3 months!!! Duke Bosemon (Account manager) and Ethan Gallagher (Customer Support) have promised me a refund every time I contact them but I am still waiting. If you are looking for professional work I would highly recommend a different company.

Total ripoff, not worth the $85 they took to write a basic 3 page, no interview getting resume. The writer is a joke and the admin who receives the orders is a conman. This company knows NOTHING about writing real resumes. Save your money and time folks.
