I worked with Alex Wilson. He is very responsive and helpful. When I started the process, I was little bit frustrated seeing no modifications then to learn they are only checking with me on content accuracy. So if you are like me, be patient give them chance and time. Once content is agreed upon, they did marvelous job of rephrasing and consolidating the resume. At the end of the day you need to be very active and its your CV, they are there to guide and provide you industry standard inputs. Its your choice. They worked with until I am fully satisfied. When ever I had concern Alex jumped right away and helped me. I would strongly recommend using them.

Very responsive and always willing to answer questions. The only issue I would say is timeframe. It did take a bit longer than expected however I realize it's a difficult time for everyone. Otherwise I am happy with the final product.

It took longer than expected but they eventually produced a quality product. I feel confident that this resume and cover letter will help me get the job that I need.

So I am currently stranded in the USA, unable to return home. As a result, I am unable to work or to return, to earn any money. To this, I have been forced to explore the job market for the first time in more than 30 years. I have always been self-employed and very successful, internationally, in everything I do. In a desperate effort to ensure that I optimize my chances of employment, I explored Resume Profs as a professional Resume Writer. My resume certainly needs work, since it was designed for me, as an Expert Court Witness - not for a job application. I spoke them on the chat, at length, and explained my situation and my challenges. After making them understand my situation and how big a decision this is, for me, I agreed to pay the $350 for the offer made to me. That was on June 8, 2020. I immediately uploaded my current Resume and a profile photo. Hearing nothing back, I contacted them again on June 10, to find out if they required anything more from me. I received a draft and corrected all the errors and sent it back for review, on June 16th. To date, work has resumed, I have received regular updates and things are progressing to my satisfaction.

I'm pleased with there work. I will recommend it to everyone. The only con it might take longer to deliver.
