I paid for an a resume and cover letter to be a rush order. this was NO rush! There were so many grammar and typo mistakes. When I would tell they what corrections to make, then others would pop up. Examples include a date with a letter behind it, a Batchelor in Science (instead of Batchelor of Science), a % of the times I won my managers approval ( they randomly put in75%), and the list goes on.They repeat the same words and phrases. They say 100% satisfaction... No they just want your money. '

Horrible, they don't even ask you a single question about your job history or anything about you, they just write garbage. Looks like all these reviews are bots, stay far far away. I had to put in a dispute with Chase to get my money back. They then sent Chase fake emails stating it was me that was happy with the service, very blatant and bold scammers.

I have had the same problem as other people. I was given a 100% money back guarantee if I was not happy. Well the resume was horrible. A 10 year old could have done better. I was emailed that I would be given my $120 refund in 7-10 working days with an promise of a ARN after 3 days to trace my refund. That was Dec. 18th 2020. It is now Jan. 3 and neither has happened. This place is a scam and I will report to Better Business Bureau and look into legal actions with punitive damages.

This resume service is terrible. Several deadlines were missed and when the resume finally came to me, it was literally gibberish. Spelling and grammatical errors everywhere, the content was poor and did not make sense at all. I had to rewrite the entire thing. I asked for a full refund, which I was promised and never received, then used their chat window several times several months later, always with a promise of someone getting back to me, and my account refunded, but nothing ever happens. I would literally never recommend this company to anyone unless you simply want to throw your money away.

I order a resume and cover letter on 11/18. Someone called me and assisted me with payment and submitting additional information. I completed and paid. I was told I would get receive it by Friday(anytime), as I have in interview Monday morning. I online chat with someone and they informed they don't work on weekends. WHAT!!! If I would have know that I would not have used this service. Plus they are not located in the US. This is an outsourced business to another country. I am highly upset as I paid for something that will not be delivered when I need it the most. I will post another review once I receive the resume and cover letter.

Please do not use this service. I paid them $378 for a resume, cover letter, Linkedin profile and to post to jobs on my behalf. All I received after going back and forth with them is a poorly done resume and cover letter. They never did the Linkedin profile or responded to several request as to what jobs the posted my resume for. They have very poor follow up and when a refund was requested, did nothing but say they would check on the status and get back to me. They gave me that same answer both times I made an inquiry. As of the date of this review, I have not received a refund.

FOR THE LOVE OF GOD STAY AWAY FROM THIS SCAM. The writing was terrible. The first paragraph of my cover letter was one long incomplete sentence. I've been trying to get my money back, and they keep making promises that something will happen soon. It never does. I always have to call them back.

On 9/17/2020 I paid for a rush resume. I was told it would be done 9/18/2020. I paid extra for this. On 9/18/2020, there was no resume. I was told that the first draft would be completed on Monday 9/21. I informed them that this was not acceptable, that I needed a refund. I was told I would get one. Monday the 21st rolls around, and there is no refund. I went back and forth for weeks being told that I would receive a refund. Still nothing. It is almost 2 months later. Their customer service keeps telling me they have sent the money to my bank. The bank confirmed this is a lie. ResumeProfs keeps saying they are getting an ARN number to send to me. They have been saying this for 2 months. This company is a scam. Their address listed is a FedEx mailbox. A press release stated that their head of content is Regina Phalange. That is the pseudonym Phoebe Buffay uses in the sitcom "Friends". I would believe that these trustpilot reviews are phony as well. I submitted a claim to my credit card company, but because of the nature of this I will not get anything back from them until December. I am currently working to find out which country they are actually located in, and maybe we can get them shut down by their webhost. I also find it on that they will put people on hold to talk to their "financial department", but won't allow me to talk with them. Update: Feb 5, 2021. Still no refund.
