Resume ProfsReviews of resumeprofs.com

Pure Scam, they took my money and provided a copy-and-paste template. I was not happy and asked for a refund and said they would refund the money it has been over a month calling them to try and get the refund. Stay away.

These guys are pure SCAM!!! DO NOT DO business with them. I am yet to receive my resume that they fraudulently promised the next day. This is day 3. They are so quick to call you but after you submit your resume, you don’t hear from them. Please invest in more reputable resume builders than this “affordable” and scam folks. I’d be calling my bank to declare it a fraudulent activity.

SCAM!!!!!! COMPANY WILL TRICK YOU INTO BELIEVING THEIR WRITERS ARE HIGH QUALITY, SAYS THEY WILL REFUND YOU IF YOU ARE NOT SATISFIED...IT IS ALL LIES!!! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE TOO! RESUME PROFS WILL NOT REFUND YOU YOUR MONEY!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I paid in full for a resume, cover letter and LinkedIn. They never updated my LinkedIn. Then 7 months later they fraudulently charged my credit card an additional $999.00. I am not the only one (see recent google reviews)

I contacted Resume Profs to potentially engage their services for 1 month for some employees we were permanently laying off. We wanted the service to be available to them if those choose to use it. Alex Wilson and Gary Brent informed me that I needed to prepay for the resumes/project, and I would then receive a refund of the money for the unused or unstarted projects at the end of the 1 month. We paid $1080.00 to Resume Profs for 6 potential resumes, with the understanding that we would receive a refund of any unused money. We wanted the service to be available to these displaced employees from January 1, 2022 until January 31, 2022. Again, it was agreed that after January 31, 2022 we would receive a refund of any unused money. After January 31, 2022 it was determined that none of our displaced employees engaged Resume Profs no projects were started, so I reached out to Alex Wilson for a full refund of $1080.00. Now, Resume Profs is refusing to provide a refund of any kind. Project ID: RP-18682 No information provided to Resume Profs for this project other than a payment, no work has been completed.

This service has been a joke. Its been more than 30 days and i still don't have a finished product. The writers must not proof read the resume as their any many mistakes (same one over and over). I asked the writer 5x to take out a certain experience without success. Don't waster you money. ZERO STARS!!!!

This service was the worst 85 dollar investment I have ever made. I gave them instructions for a short, non descriptive, streamlines resume. As this is what the fire department wants. What did i get? A 3 page resume! I asked them for a revision and stated my concerns! another 3 page overly wordy resume that nobody would be able to make it through reading without nodding off into sleep. Take your money somewhere else. These people are quacks who dont listen to your input.

This company is absolutely the worst professional resume writing service. The amount of misspelled words, grammar errors, no productions were absurd. I informed them multiple times of the errors. When they sent the first proof that I looked, I was shocked, and mind you, I am a foreigner as well. I made all the corrections and changes necessary, sent back for review. They sent me the 2nd draft. 75% of the mistakes that I pointed weren't corrected. I called them again, Sarah the cust service connected me directly with the writer so we could fix it together. While I was pointing out the errors, the writer started puffing. REALLY???? To my surprise, a few minutes later I get the "FINAL" proof. GUESS WHAT??? Only about 30% of what I requested to be changed was changed. One single example: I have a bachelors in business and marketing, this is how they wrote in the resume: B. Sc. (Business Administration and Marketing). SO PLEASE RUN AND SAVE THE AGGRAVATION.
