The process was simple, and the final products were very well done. Very professional. The company advertises unlimited edits for the package I purchased... and they meant it! I've not needed a resume in well over 20 years - I was clueless! But Susan made the experience easy and comfortable.

Adeline was super responsive from the beginning. Adeline not only reached out to me the next day that I paid for the package, she proactively asked for additional information from me to ensure the quality of the resume. She drafted my resume within a couple of days with the makeover that impressed me. Along the whole process, she was quick to respond all questions that I had and provided very helpful tips and suggestions. Highly recommend Adeline!
