My wife and I are both attempting to change careers from healthcare to IT. Resumeable had a ton of good reviews so we tried them first. Big Big Mistake. With first revision of the resume and cover letter numerous misspelled words and names that were correct on the original document. How the hell do you misspell something you have clear examples of. Blatantly lied about work history, putting in companies that were incorrect for the type of field. They were as well as incorrect for the title of job that was performed. This company is staying in business writing fraudulent resumes for people is beyond me however, if you choose to go with them and get fired later on that’s on you. This is a résumé company that cannot spell things correctly, even when given correct examples on top of that, they are committing plagiarism fraud and several other questionable practices this is not something I would recommend for anyone to do.

Would not recommend. The services promised does not match the products delivered. I purchased the Premium package and was thoroughly underwhelmed with this experience. The draft resume was delivered outside of the "4 day" window that was was promised, and then took an additional 2 days to add one line of text. A phone call is also included Premium package, but I never received this, or even had the opportunity to schedule the call, before being directed to complete my order. I would not recommend this service to anyone.

This service is nowhere close to being worth $400. Despite the high hopes I had for this service, especially given the $400 investment, I regret to inform that the outcomes have been deeply disappointing. When I received my first resume, they forgot to include my bachelor's degree, which initially was a huge red flag for me. Besides that, I initially had reservations about the resume's design and overall presentation, but chose to trust Resumeble's expertise as industry professionals. I told myself "they must know something I don't" and "they are the experts, not me". Now regrettably, my decision has not yielded the positive results I anticipated. Despite using this resume for numerous job applications (50+) that align with my skills and experience, I have not received any job offers or responses. I got only one response from a firm I applied for, and it was a note saying that my resume could use a lot of work. I recently have begun working with recruiters to help me with my job search. Not one, not two, but five separate recruiters individually told me to redo my resume if I want to have any luck. Two out of the five recruiters actually told me they are not sending my resume anywhere until I redo it!! As a test, I sent my old resume (before Resumeble) as the "new" resume. They both said it was a massive improvement and sent it to positions I am a potential candidate for. Now I have an interview next week (my first one since the job hunt) using my old resume instead after wasting the last 6 months using the one provided. To top it all off, I formally requested a refund last week and still have yet to hear back. I may try to do chargeback on my card if anything because this feels like fraud anyway. I started the order in mid November. I was initially happy with the first draft of the resume. I have a hard time talking about my achievements, so it was a nice ego boost. That was the only redeeming quality. It was filled with buzzwords to the extent that it was clunky and unclear. The document when downloaded was not formatted well, and so wasn't easy for me to make corrections myself. When I asked for more edits I had no response for a month and a half. So as of February 21st I finally have a "finished product" that isn't worth using. I only got an interview after I started writing my own resume. They use ATS to make you scared you can't make a good resume on your own, but I never got an interview with their version of my resume.

Awful, my resume looked worse than it did before. I sent out at least 30 written by Resumeble, and 30 of my originals. of the 30 they prepared, I got 0 Hits, when I reached out to them, the writer's replies were delayed and vague. Basicallly it sems that their game is to let the clock run out and take your money. The writer they assigned me, g., was of no help. What really stings is that I stupidly opted for the more expensive package - what a waste of $320.

Paid $250 for the package that includes an interview guarantee and it’s a total joke. The first resume they wrote for me was so chaotic and repetitive. I used it to apply for over 100 jobs and only received rejections, one company actually reached out to me and told me while my background seemed interesting I needed to rewrite my resume. I reached out to Resumeble and got a new writer. The first copy of my resume from this writer is also a joke: poor English, deleted job history, job timelines that don’t make sense, chaotic again. I do hiring as part of my job and I would never want to receive or read a resume that looks like this. I purchased the highest tier package that was supposed to start with a phone call. Never received a phone call. I received a resume that wasn't even for the correct role. I emailed the woman told her I wasn't happy with my experience, never did receive a phone call. You call their customer support line and it takes you to a voice mail box, they don't even have anyone to answer calls. It is a real professional looking website, with likely 1 person plugging data into Chat GPT to generate resumes and cover letters. I'll likely just end up doing a chargeback on my credit card for fraud as I have not received the service I ordered for $400.

This was an epic waste of money. The process was fast and I thought the formatting looked ok and professional. My own mistake was to immediately begin sending this out without cross-checking. However, after 138 rejections on Linkedin I figured something was up. What I found was a resume that was redundant, with small but noticeable inconsistencies. Apparently the formatting is not great for ATS systems she made everything overly wordy and gave no feedback on things that could be a deterrent. Overall for the price I expected a MUCH better ROI. I have now had to completely start over from scratch.
