I really want to echo what everybody else has said here. The gaping distance between price and quality is criminal. The customer service is stand-off ish and entirely unhelpful. Absolutely dissatisfied. I ordered a cloud, it took 9 months to come, and I got 4 pieces that didn't match in colour. Then I had to wait another 4 months to get more pieces that didn't match. And then they have the audacity to deny refund.

I received a huge catalogue in the mail which I did not request. Clearly RH has no concern for the environment. Please stop randomly sending the catalogues.

Constant delivery delays. No accountability. Switched from a reputable third party shipper to a new one 6.5 hours away with the excuse of no trucks available in your area.

I purchased the Balmain collection (outdoor furniture). The product is lovely; however, these are the most uncomfortable cushions I have ever sat in. For $15k, I expect some comfort. I am very disappointed. Also, their return policy is ridiculous. I have to pay a 50% restocking fee! Now I have to buy 12 new cushions in order to enjoy the lovely furniture. My RH shopping days are over.

I apparently have (or had) a membership with them, even though I have been charged the non-member price. They renewed it automatically. I immediately called to cancel the membership, told it was taken care of, and that I would not be charged. But there it was on my credit care statement. A company with no ethics whatsoever. I can not imagine ever doing business with them again.

I bought a table in 2024 and paid an additional $600 in membership fees because they don't notify you prior to charging your credit card. I only found out about the most recent charge because my credit card company reported it to me as fraud since they tried using an expired card. And the table's finish didn't even hold up. AVOID

Stop jet washing the council owned pavements around the Mayfair store. It hasn't rained in almost two months, the pavements cannot be that dirty. Save water !!!

Restoration Hardware has such an excellent reputation and the delivery men were polite and well tipped after setting up a new bed in my daughter’s room. I did not notice that my daughter's jewelry box was missing until after they left. I called RH to report the theft and that was when I discovered the men sent into my home were not actually RH employees but subcontractors having no affiliation. It was shocking to discover a company like RH sends thieves into their customers homes and with only an email apology. Beware
