I ordered two items
I ordered two items. When I ordered them I wanted the ground shipping, they called me the next day and told me that one of them had to be sent overnight, and the charge would be $108.00 to send one overnight, or $111.00 to ship both overnight. I told them that I didn't want that item if that was the only option, so instead of shipping the second item they told me I would have to re-order it, meaning I wouldn't get it when I needed it. The customer service rep didn't seem to care enough about the business to at least keep my one order going, must have been easier for her to just cancel the entire order.
