It was the quick shipping and continued updates about products and similar items or items that compliment each other. I use a freight forwarding service to ship my items outside the USA and only 1 box/package did not have any labels.

This is a great company to work with. The ordering process is easy, the delivery time was quick, and the product arrived unharmed. Great job, Restaurantware.

This company has been supplying me with good products for some years. The only problem (largely out of their control) has been in supply shortages of some of the products I have used in the past. Recommended without reservations.
