RestaurantwareReviews of restaurantware.com

THis company is a bait and switch. I ordered 16 oz beer cups recyclable and the catalouge price is 50 dollars less than i was invoiced. One product they have, a 20 oz beer cup has a 120.00 price increase they claim is tariffs. This company is shady as hell and be very careful they charge you what they say they will as they are clear bait and switch. My next stop is the better business bureau as these people are greedy

I have not received my order and have not received an update on is arrival.

Great experience! Fast service, got what I expected, grateful for the eco-friendly product!

shipped right away! appreciate that. The last order I placed for similar products, I ordered on Amamzon and it was to be here in 2 days. Seven days later I cancelled the order. I needed the goods for an event 4 days from the day I ordered. I told myself to not order Restaurantware agan. There was not rush on this order, but much appreciate a quick ship. I get really aggravated when sellers (e.g.,Restaurantware) advertise Prime, next day or 2 days, and don't uphold. You should know your inventories and not let goods run out on selling Prime.

Super fast and efficient service

Ordered on a Friday, said delivery was guaranteed on Wednesday, product arrived on Friday.

Great product and great company to work with!
