The description says is glass but is definitely not 1000% glass cause is not possible to etch and that’s the main reason I bought them.

Everything except the plastic sheet was too long. I ordered 36" x 60" and I received 36" x 61". The website noted that they are going to cut the plastic longer than the size I ordered. I know it is nicer to get a longer plastic sheet than too short but I did not like having to trim the thick plastic sheet. It was hard to cut the plastic sheet straight. It was much nicer if I had received the plastic sheet exactly 60" long.

Shipping and product quality is great. However, they didn’t ship the correct coffee lids. I ordered matte black cups and matte black lids but got the shiny black lid. It’s not worth the return process. So the look I was going for in branding just isn’t gonna happen.

Good morning I purchased Square blue baking cups with lids they are absolutely beautiful the problem is the lids do not snap on so I called up customer service and she’s telling me I need to send a video to prove that the lids do not snap on. Really? They are very loose and now I have to put a ribbon around them to keep them closed! I shouldn’t have to prove to you number one that they don’t stay on but you should wanna know that so maybe there’s a problem you can fix !thank you!

Thank you for your feedback! FedEx is our main carrier for all of our shipments and they are currently not guaranteeing any deliveries due to operational delays. Our shipping prices are based on FedEx's current rates, but we offer free FedEx Ground shipping on orders over $500 within the contiguous US.

The kettle is cute but difficult to put on my gas burner and i have get an adapter. It also takes a long, long time to heat up the water for my coffee. I was very disappointed with the product.

I love this Kraft paper basket—I lost the one I had bought in Italy. But paying $30.00 for delivery was painful and overcharging.
