Great products, but a disappointing website. Lost every item in my cart twice when trying to make an account to login for purchase. Could not use a discount coupon when logged in through the Google button. Had to create a whole new account manually using a different email for the coupon to activate. Bummer because now my account is connected to my personal email instead of my business email. Love that you have smaller package sizes to try out items before committing to a larger order. Shipping was fast in to the Chicago suburbs. Products are exactly what I need.

I ordered stainless steel condiment cups to match some we had on hand. I found some on Amazon for modest prices and free shipping but they were not like ours. The photo on the Restaurantware site is exactly like what we have, but what we received is not the same! Same capacity but different shape. We paid more money and an exorbitant shipping fee. I was told by customer service to send a photo, etc. etc. Too much trouble this time of year. We learned our lesson and won't order from here again.

I ordered flatware for an event with plenty of time for delivery. It didn't arrive on time. When I contacted customer service before my event they couldn't care less blaming Covid. I'm so sick of the covid excuse. We are all small businesses surviving covid and I don't need to hear covid excuses. I was told to re order the order again I. Rush and hope to get it and send back the original order which made no sense tray double ad much. So I had an event without the flatware I had promised and instead white plastic and had to deal with really bad customer support

Great delivery! Nothing was damaged, which is something that seems to be a common occurrence for other companies.

Was able to speak to a representative fairly quickly and got all my questions answered. Customer Service was great!
