Delivery was fast however the product was very disappointing. Some where burnt, the top was missing, cracked up, sizes where different, some taller than others, leaning… etc just not professional looking. Very disappointed especially for the price. Not even sure I want to use them for the event because it’s just not appealing at all.

These cups are great! Quality is good, colors look fantastic (I ordered the black and neon green) and they were easier to separate than I expected! Definitely going to order again!

Always quick, easy and responsive with up to date products

I do not have a printer. I tried to get someone to send me a label to return the extra carafee I received but someone wrote back & told me they couldn't send a return label to me. They suggested I forward the label to a Fed X and have them print it out and go down for Fed X take care of it. I tried to send a message back to this person advising that I have l lung cancer & COPD. I cannot get out among other's until Omnicron runs it's course. When I tried to send it, it wouldn't forward to the person I was trying to reply to. So here I am, stuck with 2 carafee's & only wanted 1. It's not your company's fault that I received the 2.

Fast speedy courteous and helpful customer service representatives & warehouse manager. The items I purchased were excellent quality. The 24 hours warm was legit even after it sat in 30 degree weather for 3.5 of those hours. Cannot say enough great things about my experience with this company!

The kettle is cute but difficult to put on my gas burner and i have get an adapter. It also takes a long, long time to heat up the water for my coffee. I was very disappointed with the product.
