I recently purchased a large BlueAir chest freezer. After I finally was able to speak with your sales rep, the transaction was very smooth. The only issue I had was that after my first email to your sales team, there were several days that passed when I didn’t hear anything from your team. They said they would contact me as soon as they had availability info but I never heard anything. I called a second time and on that occasion we completed the sales transaction and everything went well. I especially liked the free delivery. That made my decision to buy from you as opposed to anyone else.

Price was excellent and commercial refrigerator was delivered faster than expected. Great first experience!!!

Didn’t know when it was shipped. Couldn’t get an answer on that. Then received an email to say it was going to be delivered in three days but it was delivered same day as the email.
