I order a True brand an after a week…
I order a True brand an after a week that I placed the order I had to called them to ask for the tracking number and they told me it was out of stock after a month and a half finally got a unknown brand Wouldn’t recommend it

Dear Israel, After Turbo Air informed us that the unit you ordered was now on backorder, we worked for many hours to find a comparable unit that can ship to you right away. We presented the unit to you. You liked the unit and accepted it as a replacement. The unit was rushed to you. It was rushed so fast that it was delivered before the tracking number was available to send to you! As a courtesy, the replacement unit was given to you at a discount due to the fact that the original order was on backorder. Quality wise, the replacement unit is known to be a better unit than the original unit. The original unit is from the economy line while the replacement unit features many upgraded parts and components. We really tried to go out of our way to help you and make you happy. We really hope you enjoy your equipment!
