I was introduced to restaurant.com through my mobile plan, which tries to use them as a reward. I tried "redeeming" certificates at two different restaurants and it didn't work. One was permanently CLOSED. The other cursed at me when I showed the coupon and told me to get out of the restaurant-- no kidding. The third time I was going to try it, I'd learned a little bit, so I tried to call the restaurant before getting the certificate. The place had been closed for over four years, and the owner didn't have nice things to say about Restaurant.com. Obviously, these people are shady. Avoid them at all costs.

Gota gift card to resturant .com could not finda restaurant that would except it worth while. When i did find one it was only for during the week and you had to spend $50 min. what a waste !

Just found them selling UNAUTHORIZED gift cards for our business. We have never spoken to them or authorized the use of our gift cards. DO NOT TRUST THEM. Complete scam.

This will work if you want to spend time finding if the restaurant will accept the coupon. They never update their places and will not refund your money. There is an option to exchange which you will end up using a lot of the time. Impossible to get a hold of a rep and useless when and if you do. The other thing is the restaurants tend to have poor reviews and that is why they don't post the reviews of customers any more. So, all in all, it is a crap shoot.

This was a complete waste of money. No refunds and the list of restaurants is severely limited. Every single restaurant that was on the list required you to spend 50 or 100 dollars in order to use the 25 dollar certificate. This is a sham! Save yourself the money and hassle. Do not purchase as it is the same as throwing money in the trash.

This is a total scam. Every restaurant I have gone to says they don't honor restaurant.com vouchers. One restaurant even told me what a scam they are. So if the restaurant tells you that, all you can do is believe them. I've tried to use up my vouchers for over 5 years. I've finally given up.

None of the restaurants I called within 5-10 mile radius honor the certificates. It's a WASTE OF MONEY.
