Disgusting attitude with customer service. Lady was extremely sassy and an attitude about everything!!

I have recently purchased a number of certificates to use on an upcoming vacation. Restaurant .com recommends calling ahead to confirm certificate would be valid. I did call Antonio's Pizza and Pasta in Wilmington, NC on August 1, 2019 to confirm. The day manager said yes. Later that same day Antonio's contacted Restaurant.com to cancel their certificates. I had also planned to use a certificate at P.B. Clarks in King NC. This certificate was valid up until yesterday, 8/5/2019. They also cancelled. I used one certificate locally at Lilly's in Grove City. They accepted the certificate but shortly after they cancelled their certificates. I'm getting tired of exchanging certificates to other restaurants only to have these new restaurants cancel certificates once I get them. I have called Restaurant.com to find out additional information, but I'm not satisfied with their answers.

I gave the restaurant.com cards to several people last Christmas and NOT ONE was able to use it. One person went to change to another restaurant and it zero'd out her money. By the time we contacted the company and they asked for her card number, she had already thrown it away. We were not aware that you had a minimum amount you had to spend at a restaurant in order to use the coupon. Some had a minimum of $100 that you had to spend first. Not many choices of restaurants in the Detroit area! Most were dives. I am embarrassed that I gave them out!

stores drop out , wasting your time and money

I have ordered vegetarian food but the experience I have faced over there was not good. The taste of the food was poor and it did not satisfy my hunger and also the food was expensive. I am sorry, I was expecting more from this restaurant.

I received a 25.00 uprewards anniversary credit by Verizon to Restuarant. Com. What a nightmare. No restaurant in my area but 2 in another close city. Ok, well 1 restaurant was closed permanently and the other was a 15.00 charge. What do.i do with my 10.00 credit. DID YOU EVER SEE A PLACE THAT DOES EVERYTHING IT CAN TO KEEP A PERSON FROM CONTACTING THEM??!!THIS IS IT. I looked them up and the ratings are so low, 1 star is generous. Owners of restaurants complained along with a gazillion customers. A scam. Verizon should know better.

SCAM! I was so embarrassed when i showed my gift certificate from restaurant.com and the staff told me that they do not accept it and it's a fraud!
