This is a great way to save money at restaurants. It’s a good idea to take advantage of black Friday or cyber Monday deals to buy certificates on restaurant.com. Unfortunately, some restaurants do not accept restaurant.com gift certificates even though they sell them on restaurant.com. So, restaurant.com should discontinue selling gift certificates for restaurants that do not honor those gift certificates. Also, sometimes the app has glitches, which makes it a little less than user-friendly. Overall, however, I think you get your money’s worth using restaurant.com.

All participating restaurants agree to be part of the program, but sometimes they leave without notifying us. We’re actively working to improve how we manage and update our listings to prevent that. We’re also continuing to work behind the scenes to improve the app experience so it’s smoother and more user-friendly moving forward.
