It was extremely annoying to get bombarded with advertising emails as soon as I placed my order. You didn't even give me time to receive my order before pestering me to order more.

I ordered the wrong product, called the customer service to see what can be done. They're issuing me a credit and I can reorder the right product.

An incomplete description of all that was needed for an air mini CPAP. The website said all you needed was an adapter. Turns out you need a different tube and mask. I paid for overnight shipping twice to get the correct parts, and still didn't get what was needed for the machine. Very disappointed in having to pay extra and still not getting the machine to work properly before my trip.
