I had a problem with a new type of mask, which did not come with an elephant trunk extension and the person I talked with suggested using a longer hose. She sent a hose out as a trial basis it worked so I ordered another as I have multiple CPAP machines. I wish the new mask came with the elephant trunk extension. Perhaps if enough people suggest that the manufacturer can figure out a way to do it.
