RespondviReviews of respondvi.com

I got my 3 body suits they fit well. I am a real person I Lubbock texas. Yes it takes awhile but they’re good fitting and when I was over charged 10$ I got a response and money was back in my account the next day. All these 1 star reviews are just angry people with no patience. They’re not coming from a normal place so yes it takes “forever”. I wear mine nearly everyday and they make me feel beautiful! Don’t knock this company. But also this company don’t take advantage of people. ❤️

SCAM. Takes FOREVER to arrive, sizing is way off, don't waste your money!!! Oh and they over charge you, luckily I caught it and disputed it. Oh and if you want to exchange it, they advise you must pay shipping and it will take a "very long time", yet do not provide a return address. HORRIBLE.

Bought shapewear that was too big. I want to return and theyre requiring I SEND A PIC OF MYSELF IN IT to confirm it doesnt fit! No Im not sending you a pic of myself in underthings. This place is trash dont bother

I got the order and it was to big. They don't give a adress to return. Only the same respons for discount. Its a big scame. Do not buy there or you lose youre money.

I can’t even say one thing good about this they don’t even deserve 1 star waited 11/2 for my item say it’s easy to return and yet I paid 60 dollars for body shaper’s that r to big just wanted to exchange for a smaller size and all they did was give 5 dollars in refund wtfff they say it’ll take to long to return it I can pay shipping to return it but I’ll cost me a lot or keep what they gave me gift to a friend that’s not what their return policy says they’ll do

Very unreliable website. Respondvi sent me the wrong product. I have photographic evidence, I have screenshots, I have confirmation emails. But they just email me a reply "the shipment department tells us it was correct"But it wasn't. But even then, Respondvi advertises as having 100% risk free returns policy. But they won't let me return it. Brand new. Unused. Absolutely unreliable.

I ordered a few weeks ago. They have a keychain in which you can chose "a" "b" or "c" for the saying when you order. I ordered saying b for my best friends bday, which it said on my order confirmation. Upon arrival 3 weeks later I noticed it said something different. So I sent off an email and all they said was "our shipping dept checked and you have what you ordered" okay well my eyeballs checked and no, I don't. I sent the screenshots of both their own website showing their item selections and then my order confirmation of which one I ordered. They refuse to make it right. So unless you're willing the take the risk of getting the wrong item and them refusing to make it right...do not order from them. That being said- the other things I ordered were correct for what that's worth.

I ordered March 24,2023. Site and email says I was charged 47. I was charged 57. Still haven't received my order. This is ridiculous. I have emailed them today we'll see if they reply. I should've looked them up first on Trustpilot. Seeing the other reviews has me even more nervous now.Hopefully their team will respond. Then I will update my review. Fingers crossed
