Sent the wrong item and refuse to make it right
I ordered a few weeks ago. They have a keychain in which you can chose "a" "b" or "c" for the saying when you order. I ordered saying b for my best friends bday, which it said on my order confirmation. Upon arrival 3 weeks later I noticed it said something different. So I sent off an email and all they said was "our shipping dept checked and you have what you ordered" okay well my eyeballs checked and no, I don't. I sent the screenshots of both their own website showing their item selections and then my order confirmation of which one I ordered. They refuse to make it right. So unless you're willing the take the risk of getting the wrong item and them refusing to make it right...do not order from them. That being said- the other things I ordered were correct for what that's worth.
