This is the best Customer Service I had over the Christmas season. I impulsively ordered extra drillbits when I didn't want them. I reached out to customer service and they responded immediately and took me through the steps to return the item once it was delivered. Friendly, clear communication, and resolution to my issue.

I ordered a customizer prior to Christmas which somehow got marked as lost mail by USPS. I contacted support who worked with me to file a lost package claim. The support rep continued to follow up with me about updates to the claim and assisted with sending another customizer which I did receive. Customer support was nice, helpful, and responded quickly.

My husband saw this engraver advertisement online and immediately thought it would be perfect for our artistic daughter. Even though we had to get a replacement unit since the first one wouldn’t take a charge, it was fantastic to see how excited she was to receive this gift. The replacement works just like it should. We were immediately sent an upgraded kit and some fun stencils. Customer service responded very quickly and went above and beyond. I hope our daughter gets years of use and enjoyment from this tool.
