Fue increíble!! Muy buena!!

I stayed at this resort 4 years ago but they solicited me for a review today so here goes….this hotel was awful. Our room was dirty and there were cracks in the walls and ceilings. Only one of the elevators worked and it was just an all around messy place. I would not recommend staying here at all!!

The resort we stayed at was Pop Century as always a great place to stay. The skyliner is very convenient and pop is a very comfortable resort to be at. The rooms were updated and look great. Everything is located pretty close- busing, pools, shopping and food court. We had no complaints. We will be booking there again.

We did have a nice time however there were some challenges due I’m sure to covid and staffing. There was no where close to the room to get food and no delivery so that got old fast. I got stuck on a bus for 45 minutes due to temp drivers not knowing the routes. A lot of shops and places were closed and no characters were around. It was still really fun but definitely deflected a bit from the overall experience

The Hotel has clearly improved from when I stayed there 2 years ago. New bathrooms and room furnishings are a welcome change. The funky smell was also gone. Pretty good right? Unfortunately some things had deteriorated. After I paid for my room in full months previously, I was hit by a "resort fee" at check in. Not cool at all. If one pays for a hotel room then that should be it. No hidden charges or "fees". What happened to the water and fruit at the check in desk? Gone from two years ago. The free continental breakfast is also gone. Now if you wanted a breakfast you would have to pay $14.95. Yep, that's right, $14.95 for breakfast. No thank you. Best bring your own food, or go to Publix up the road. I was here for a convention. Otherwise I wouldn't have stayed here.
