We had issue with housekeeping leaving…
We had issue with housekeeping leaving dirty gloves in room and not restocking coffee, cups, creamer, and sugar. Called about gloves and head of house keeping came with in 30 mins to check out room and then offered to have room recleaned. We also had a dirty blanket but was given a clean one. Then two days later we were left a pile of towels on the counter next to sink like 10 of them even know we had been reusing our other towels and hanging them back up. We emptied the trash because they did not and were also left two rolls of garbage bags in our room. Our room was not swept the whole time we were there either. Bell service (luggage) staff were totally awesome! We wished everyone had the first older gentlemen that took us to our room with our bags. He totally took his time and showed us around the resort and gave us a few pointers!! We wished we caught his name to send a thank you note to him. The gentlemen who help us back to the lobby on departure was great also. Very personable and bubbly.
