This was a great place to stay. Large Condo, easy to use kitchen, and BEAUTIFUL POOL area. I would recommend it to everyone.

Great location and amenities. Microwaves would be better per room instead of a shared one per floor especially during the pandemic.

Nice relaxing 😎 hotel easy staff very nice lovely room cleaned perfect

We had a great time. Star Island was nice and clean.

Buen hotel. Su ubicación y habitaciones muy buenas. Nos toco un piso que estaba en remodelacion lo cual es comprensible pero seguro todo esta quedando muy bien. Si volveria.

Great family vacation.had plenty of rion

We had issue with housekeeping leaving dirty gloves in room and not restocking coffee, cups, creamer, and sugar. Called about gloves and head of house keeping came with in 30 mins to check out room and then offered to have room recleaned. We also had a dirty blanket but was given a clean one. Then two days later we were left a pile of towels on the counter next to sink like 10 of them even know we had been reusing our other towels and hanging them back up. We emptied the trash because they did not and were also left two rolls of garbage bags in our room. Our room was not swept the whole time we were there either. Bell service (luggage) staff were totally awesome! We wished everyone had the first older gentlemen that took us to our room with our bags. He totally took his time and showed us around the resort and gave us a few pointers!! We wished we caught his name to send a thank you note to him. The gentlemen who help us back to the lobby on departure was great also. Very personable and bubbly.

Do not know where this place is, sent junk mail asking for review to email -edit Stayed at crowne plaza lake buena vista in the last year, prices were reasonable and location had plenty of activities nearby
