We appreciated the honesty and professionalism of Cindy Fox. She kept us updated on the progress of the transfer of our timeshare, so we knew what to expect. We are grateful to have learned of Resort Closings through a trusted radio source.

We are so appreciative of the professional, no pressure, honest and swift results we received from your company. You helped us get out of a very difficult situation that was getting worse by the minute. We really appreciate the opportunity to deal directly with a local person who came personally recommended and was able, through Resort Closings Inc, to get results for us.

Good service and communication throughout the process

It's hard to say whether the review would be better if they would've started the process when they were supposed to, but they waited an entire year to start the process and then tried to have us pay the maintenance fees. It took a while, but they finally realized it was their fault not ours and they took care of all the fees and finally got it done. We're just glad to be done with it

Great experience with Karl Brodersen and Cindy Fox and this company. Paid $1844 (did not have to pay anything upfront) but verified with timeshare that it is now out of my name and I will no longer have to pay the nearly $1000/year maintenance and taxes that goes up every year! They are members of ARDA and Licensed Timeshare Retail Brokers Association.
