I would recommend Resort Closing and Cindy Fox our closing agent to all our family and friends in the future for sales of all timeshares. Cindy was excellent to work with, very knowledgeable in all areas of closing on a sale of timeshares. Cindy took time to explain and answer all our questions. Was extremely frustrated with paying the ridiculously high maintenance fees for a plan we had. The resorts within the plan were not worth the price charged for this maintenance. Every year the fee got higher and higher. We listed with a couple of other companies that claimed to have a high success rate for timeshare resale; but after paying for this service the frustration was still there. We feel as though we paid our money in vain. After contacting Clyde he got the ball rolling immediately - and within a few months - EXACTLY as he stated in our correspondence - we were TOTALLY FREE of the timeshare that was thorn in our side. The fee we paid was less than 2 years of the maintenance fees we would have been paying for the rest of our lives on something we didn't use or want. WE WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND CLYDE AND HIS TEAM!! GOD BLESS YOU ALL 🙏!
