once i found resort closing everything went very well and i was informed of every step of the way! my problem was to find you , at all. i spent several years looking for a way to get out of my timeshare. i finally found a radio station that advertised the way ! i thank god that i found the way before i passed on!

Was skeptical at the beginning but all went well and my timeshare is gone! It was a huge relief knowing I will not be paying those maintenance fees any longer. This company gets it done and I recommend them if you want to get out of your timeshare.

At the end of the day the deal is done, and I received my cheque but it was a bumpy road to get there. First off, I had a hard time getting an idea of how much the transaction would cost, I even called to get clarification but the answers were vague, that should have been my first clue. Nevertheless we proceeded and the transaction actually went quite quickly, quicker than I expected. Aspen was quick to answer phone calls and emails which was nice. However shortly after I received my cheque I got an angry email from the buyer, it turns out one of the fees had not been paid. I ended up having to call the resort to pay the outstanding fees myself... which was frustrating because I hired Resort Closings to deal with it, but, ended up having to do some of the work myself. All in all, it is done and I am happy for that, but I do question the thoroughness of what Resort Closings did for me. Not only did I have to deal with a payment to the resort after the escrow was closed but during the process I also was also mistakenly emailed information about another clients deal at one point... I didn't think much of it at the time, but in hindsight I see it as another careless oversight. Like I said, I am happy to see the deal done, at least I hope that is the last that I hear of it, but I will not be using Resort Closings again, and, I feel like the 3 star rating is more than generous.
