Got rid of my timeshare quickly and efficiently

We were unfortunate to have several timeshares and we wanted to get rid of all of them. Resort Closings is doing a super job of getting us out of the timeshares that we own outright. They have been working on two of them and we just got word that one of them has already been transferred. I am confident that we will hear that the second one is history very soon. Aspen Alatorre who has been managing this at Resort Closings is very kind, exceptionally efficient, and has kept us informed. We really are glad we used Resort Closings.

This experience exceeded my expectations in both timeliness and customer service. My mother is engaged with another timeshare exit company and has been waiting more than two years for action. From inception to conclusion, the RCI transfer process lasted only 6 months. Throughout this timeframe, I was provided a single point of contact who answered every question, provided routine status updates, and facilitated preparation and submission of every paperwork requirement. I could not be more pleased.

We finally finalized the closing on our timeshare in Virginia. It took the better part of the year and a good chunk of money but we are finally are free and clear of this timeshare thanks to Resort Closings Inc. No more maintenance cost, particularly the bad debt of people who don't pay their share of the maintenance cost which each resort owner pays. No more paying to bank, or paying to trade or paying a RCI or Interval International membership. It may take ten years to pay off the expense but I don't have to worry about rising costs and passing this on to my children.

Took a long while to have the transaction completed but informed each step of the way. It’s completed and we are relieved. Thank you so much!!!
