This was company 2 to help with the sale of my mom's timeshare. 1st one ripped us off. I was leery of attempting again, but Resort Closings was awesome. They provided prompt response to issues, easy to understand and complete forms and were always friendly. If you have a timeshare and want to get rid of it, don't use ANY of those ones stationed in your local hotel. Trust only Resort Closings!!!.

They are honest, rare in this field, and do as promised. Took longer ( a lot longer) than seems necessary but they did as they said and at what is a reasonable fee compared with similar services. I absolutely recommend using Resort Closings, Inc if you are trying to eliminate your timeshare. They don't come back for additional costs; they quote the cost and git 'er done.

I bought a timeshare (paid in full) in September 2005. I used it twice. I was very skeptical when I started the process with Resort Closings, Inc (RCI). I tried for several years to get rid of my timeshare through eBay, Craigslist and other timeshare companies. RCI was easy to work with and they did what they said they would do to get me out of my timeshare. The process did not take long and I was pleased. Without a doubt, Resort Closings, Inc. is one of the best in the business and I would recommend them to anyone who needs to get out of their timeshare.
