I’ll be honest I was skeptical about spending more money to get out of my timeshare. But, I’m happy to say that EVERY conversation I had from start to finish was nothing but POSITIVE. The follow through was good and every call or email was answered in a timely and friendly manner. If there is anything that I could change it would be the length of time it took to get it closed and recorded in the appropriate place. I understand there were a lot of moving parts to this transfer and was advised from the beginning it could take about six months, and it did. I’m very happy that this all went smoothly and is now a done deal!

I never thought it could actually happen but we are finally out of our time share, what a great feeling. Thank you all very much!

Did what they promised to do in a timely manner

Very helpful and quick service. The two people who helped me during the turn around were great. Very happy.

Primarily I worked with Jinger Jewell, and for the most part she did a very nice job. There was a mistake made on the warranty deed, but after some discussion it was clarified and corrected. The timeliness of the service was excellent, and I would recommend Resort Closings to others in my situation.
