Poor communications!
Poor communications between the closing agent, the resort and me delayed the process approximately 4 months!

Hello Mr. Neal, As the resort exercised their right to take the ownership back, we have no control over the length of time it takes them to prepare the transfer documents. I do apologize for the delay in getting your ownership transferred. We do try to get ownership's transferred as quickly as possible. Please let us know if we can be of assistance in the future.
