A little slow (partly my fault), but they got it done. I’m free!

Honestly, we thought we’d have our timeshare for life! And it was hard on the pocket book!! Resort Closings made the process easy and now we are FREE!

Resort Closings was friendly and easy to deal with during the process of ending our time share obligation, which became an ongoing source of anxiety!

I sold my timeshare and worked with a wonderful lady, Aspen. She was terrific. I’d highly recommend her for any further promotions! :)

As we grew older, we began to realize that owning two timeshares was not in our best interest. At some point we would not be able to travel, and of course, one day we would die and no heir would want to be strapped with a timeshare. So we went about trying to figure out how we could rid ourselves of these burdens. Fortunately, the one we had in New Orleans was easy to dispose of. It was a deeded property, and we were able to "sell" it back to the owner. We just had to pay the legal fee for the paper work. The other timeshare in Mexico was a "right to use", and as suspected, disposing of it was not easy. I initially tried talking with the resort directly, and got no where. My next step was to connect with a local company here in Texas that put me in touch with Resort Closings. That proved to be quite a blessing. While it did cost a significant amount of money and several months of waiting, they were able to free us of the obligation we had with this Mexican resort. We came out far ahead financially by eliminating decades of future maintenance fees! It was a delight to work with Jinger Jewell and Resort Closings Inc. George H.
