They have a market niche, a well developed process and they've nailed it! They delivered 100% as advertised so our expectations were met and exceeded. I'm dilighted we found them in this era of Mexican timeshare scams.

Resort Closings did as they promised, but Net Group Marketing, who sent us to RC, were liars & cheaters!

It was fine once I became the main contact. Couldn't get them to understand to call me and not my husband. He was an alcoholic and would not answer the phone or respond to voice messages. But since his phone was listed first, they kept calling him. When they couldn't get a hold of him, I would get a panic email saying it was very important that I contact them. That was frustrating. To share how bad his situation was, he died before we closed on our timeshare. Then the communication became very consistent and responsive.
