There are a couple of comments/questions about the process. One being that it was not clear to me that the time share would be transferred to someone else. I guess I thought I was paying for your company to have the time share cancelled and not transferred (sold) to someone else, possibly not fully informed about what they were getting into. Since the time share was transferred, there most certainly was a monetary transaction as well. I don't understand why I was excluded from any benefits from the sale, being that it cost me about there thousand dollars out of pocket instead. However, the process seemed to go smoothly and I am happy to be out of the obligation. I would hope that in the future you could explain exactly what the customer is paying for and why.

I would recommend Resort Closings to any one who is looking for a way out of their timeshare. No money up front when they are ready to go to settlement that’s when you pay them. It does take awhile to get things moving, about 6-9 months.
