Aside from the fact that one of your closing officers was somewhat disrespectful of me during the first 3 months after contracting with Lonestar Transfer, my overall opinion of your company's service would best be characterized as "efficient". Apparently, I was not responding quickly enough to her request for documents. From what I understand, she is no longer with your company. I Suggest more training for all employees focused on "people skills"!

worked with them for a Worldmark membership transfer. They were prompt and on top of their game. I had difficulty with the documents as I was traveling outside the country. They accommodated me and helped me out. I will do business with them again.
