After looking for a company I could trust for 2 years. I heard on the Hannity talk show about Resort Closings Inc. I trust Hannity therefore his endorsement gave me a trust in this company. It took about a year as they said it would and it cost few bucks, but I'm done with this time share finally. Thank you. There wasn't always a good communication so I give 4 stars. It was worth the money and wait.

We're completely satisfied with Resort Closings Inc. We no longer have a timeshare! We don't understand the legal process and it took a long time, but we are thrilled with the final result!

The good is they took care of the transfer in the time frame we were quoted The bad is we didn't get updates regularly. We had to initiate contact after the paperwork was completed.

After the incredible customer service I experienced with LoneStar Timeshare Transfer, Resort Closings fell short. The individual that was supposed to assist me, didn't have follow through or a commitment to customer service at all. I felt I was doing her job for her. After I complained with Lone Star, she began to finally get up to speed on handling things. I am sorry. I couldn't recommend your company to a friend or family. I am glad it's behind me.

I was introduced to Resort Closings, Inc. through Lonestar Transfers. Resort Closings was very responsive and diligent in helping us sell our timeshare. We are very appreciative and highly recommend them.
