I am hoping this correspondence will reach the right people, as I'd like to recognize an outstanding act of service in the Sales Department. We recently worked with John Kushman, VP Sales & Marketing, on a timeshare transaction. There was an error in the transaction, and John Kushman went above and beyond to make it right for us! His communication was impeccable and he earned our trust by following through with everything promised. And then...with Covid-19 and cancelled flights...he stepped up AGAIN to rebook the same vacation at a later date. I cannot say enough about John's customer service! If there's an official place/address for me to send a KUDOs to John, would you please let me know? I'd like to make sure his customer service is recognized and appreciated. Aspen did a great job and the process went very well

I used Lonestar Transfer to assistt me in getting rid of my Hilton Grand Vacations Ownership which I was not using frequently enough. Resort Closings handled to final segment of the process. The interaction with them went fine communication was good expectations met. At the end I received an email saying it was complete. I was expecting some type of confirming document for my records but the email stated that this email is the confirmation. Lonestar Transfer told me later on the phone that I would receive a communication via email from them but as yet have not. It seems that I am no longer the owner but so far uncertain based on documentation I have received. I am happy to be out of the ownership and will be more comfortable when more documentation is in hand. RPF 9/3/20

I am pleased that the process ended with termination of the Welk timeshare. However it seemed to take an excessively long time and there was minimal feedback as the process was being completed.
