Although the process was somewhat lengthy, Resort Closings did what they said. It was truly effortless on our part. I was very pleased that they paid my maintenance fee (as they promised) since it was such a lengthy process.

These folks were great to work with, very efficient and professional. The process took longer than anticipated but we were told up front these types of transactions take time, as in several months. However, they got the job done after we had failed trying to do it ourselves. One less thing now that we have to worry about!!
