But yearly the maintenance fees had continued to go up, and in recent years the property upkeep had really declined. She was great, so knowledgeable, and always available to answer any questions I had throughout the process. I was assigned to Ms. Ross as my Closing Agent, at Resort Closings Inc., and she was straight forward and very easy to work with. She did all the excellent work, and took me step-by-step through all the paperwork and closing process, to successfully transfer my timeshare to a new owner. If you want to get out of your timeshare, don't look any further. Timeshare Specialists and Resort Closings, Inc. are the real deal. I’m very grateful to have had them to work with me, and I highly recommend them.

Questionable would be my title of review. Question #1 did you sell the timeshare and keep the proceeds then charge us to get rid of it? Question #2 was this a good transaction for all concerned? Question #3 do I get any of the $3500.00 back if I make a referral but I need answers to questions. need answers to questions.
