They are happy to get you set up and take your money but when the lease term ends it did not stop payments. I logged into my account but there is no way to cancel the policy online. Furthermore I phoned customer service on Saturday 11:45 am. The outgoing message says business hours are Mon-Sat 9am-6pm then it said "please call back during business hours" and hung up.

Impossible to cancel, and if you have multiple payment methods they will charge all of them at the same time. Because I had 3 payment methods my 20 dollar/month plan was 60. Horrifocily greedy company. I have cancelled 3 times.

I would avoid them. They report the do not operate in Arizona so do not have to abide by their laws. Yet they issue in Arizona. They have long wait times and are very rude. If you want to cancel expect a hassle. They are also higher than others for the price. I would highly avoid them.

This is overly expensive. Apartments list this for “speed and ease”. Apartment complexes own this company, so they get all of the overcharged premiums. Don’t be lazy and pay overpriced rental insurance that is REQUIRED- and owned by the apartment. I was paying 16.50 here, lemonade was 6.75, and I had a lower deductible with coverage if my fridge went out. Just take the extra time- it is an extra 120 saving a year. So worth not being lazy.
