No communication. I emailed and called and no one ever called back to return the call or email. In hindsight I would not purchase from them.

I was skeptical at first not believing that my tooth replacement would look and feel real. I received my tooth replacement and it looked like my normal teeth, you cant even tell it is a fake tooth. Everything from the color, fit and look of the tooth was perfect. It takes some getting use to, but I love it. Its less expensive and I highly recommend using reset smile to replace any missing teeth. You wont regret it, you will have your beautiful smile back in no time and feeling very confident.

I paid approximately $650 to Reset Smile in January 2026 for an upper arch dental device with four teeth. It is now five months later and I have not received the device. I have made repeated phone calls and sent emails requesting an update but have not received any response. At this point, I am simply asking for communication, a shipment update, or a refund. I am posting this in hopes that someone from the company will contact me and resolve the issue.

Placed an order on 04/09. Submitted impressions before 4/21 it is 05/28 and I have yet to receive anything. Called multiple times and have not heard back.

I placed an order 2 weeks earlier and had to cancel due to the fact that I had additional dental issues that were going to change my needs greatly. My credit card had already been charged so I was concerned about cancellation issues, and even though I didn't have much success reaching somebody on a live chat due to the fact that they had a lot of calls, I was able to reach them by phone very quickly and spoke with a lovely lady named Esme. She quite cheerfully and surprisingly quickly was able to cancel my order without any issues whatsoever... Which was a welcomed relief! I'm receiving a full refund, and I immediately received an email with confirmation information detailing my entire refund. I'm very happy to say that even though I haven't yet done business with this company they have exceeded my expectations already! For anybody on the fence with doubts about this being a legit company, or how they deal with disputes or unforeseen issues arising, I can tell you first hand that they are definitely legit, they are honest, they care about customer service... And that is a very rare and good quality that I wish i could say about all businesses. Thank you Esme, and thank you RESET SMILE for going above and beyond and making me a happy customer! HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS BUSINESS!

All the money I paid and my device broke. What a shame.

communication takes way to long, Days is not good. the whole process took too long. The chat window was never responded to at all. Why have it. If you need help with your purchase, good luck. I finally did a chargeback to get some one to actually email me after two weeks. They blamed it on being too busy. If it takes two weeks to respond to a request for help with your product then you need a lot more help.
