My one complaint is one of your questions is ambiguous, but calling your staff cleared it up and it ended well.

My experience was positive with Clay, the owner of ResetSmile. I had to delay my impressions and was told that was fine by email. After 6 mos. I became disabled and unable to do the impressions, so had to ask if I could get a refund. Clay refunded me all the monthly payments within 1 week of them getting my unused returned impression kit. I appreciated the kindness, especially today. I trust Clay and his understanding of my situation, especially getting a refund. Hi my name is Jamie I’ve been waiting for my partial from Reset Smile for 3 weeks now i’ve tried contacting them via email on the phone nobody ever answers. I leave a message nobody’s ever answered my emails. I mean it’s crazy and they’ve already took the179 and the 2999 a month from me and I have yet to receive my partial, I would like to know where my partial is at or something I’m starting to think this company is a scam.

Hello, I had the pleasure to find ResetSmile. After a LANAP procedure my bridge fell out and two back teeth broke. I decided to have the device made until my implants are completed in January. I needed something for 3 months as I will be traveling out of the country. It fits well and the communications have been excellent. Thank you ResetSmile team. Very happy customer. Susan
