I understand why so many are happy with the product. I had high hopes it would work for me but I had one little tooth in the front surrounded by a lot of "old natural teeth" and they first produced a tooth half the size of the surrounding teeth and the subsequent tooth was a bright white color surrounded by the older colored teeth. The one time I wore it in public it I nearly "swallowed" it as it fell out of place. That scared me and I never wore it again. By that time the 30 days was up so I'm out the money and still don't have a tooth. I see the potential but it's not for everyone. My advice is try it and if it turns out to be a dud, be sure it's within the 30 days.

The whole process from beginning to end was Simple and extremely fast. The instructions that come with the kit are easy to follow and took a total of maybe 30 mins to complete. It took only a couple weeks for my device to arrive and it fits absolutely wonderfully ! The color and shade match my real teeth and gums perfectly. I cannot thank this company enough. You are the reason I smile again.

In the end resetsmile did come through and refunded all my money. It seems their customer service is improving and I am now satisfied with their response. Just telling it like it is.

More than anything the personal guidance when there was a glitch was excellent. The whole experience was a pleasure. I couldn't be happier.

The ease with which the various steps are completed. One suggestion: Be sure to point out from the beginning of the process that photographs can be transmitted via text message as well as by uploading and downloading. For boneheads like me, I did not know how to upload/download, but the text message process worked and I could do it.

Order was quick and easy.

Great except at the very beginning I accepted a shipping free offer but at time to confirm payment there was a $10 charge for shipping fee. I accepted that but it was confusing and gave nowhere to question the charge. Perhaps a shipping fee and shipping is different terminology but still confusing.
