Needed only one tooth to chew
I had doubts, mail order dentures? A dentist here in St Louis was to charge me thousands for a denture. I saw the ResetSmile ad on TV and decided to use them. All experiences up to getting the complete denture went perfectly. The problem I had was expecting the company to somehow know I needed only a right-side lower tooth to be able to chew again. My problem was taken care of immediately by the company and received a denture for only the one lower teeth necessary to chew quickly. If you have a tooth pulled-ouch!-and need a replacement, be sure to specify that because the company will make the denture for all teeth, lower or upper, as you specify. For me, one tooth was all I needed. It was my mistake, not RestSmile's. I can chew food again!

Have not received my kit
I changed my rating to 5 star when i got my shipping refunded. I am now changing it to one star as i have not received my kit. It said it would ship next day and they would send a confirmation. It is now the 18th have not heard or received anything on the shipment. I lost a front tooth and have to go back to work Monday niw missing a front tooth. Very embarrassing as i work with the public

Bad customer service!!
Update: Read my initial review below. I received my adjusted tooth and it doesn't fit properly. Now I've trying to reach them for almost a week and no answer and no email reply. Did I get dumped already? We started out so well and I was initially able to speak with their representative with no problem. Now I'm stuck with a useless tooth and a bill. What is this? Old review: Wow!! I am so impressed. I had a unique situation where my gap was very small and ResetSmile was able to get a tooth to match. I needed an adjustment for my fitting and they made the process super simple. Money well spent, I feel so much more confident. 😁
