I received my partial in a timely manner but the partial sits 1/4" lower than my permanent teeth. It looks and feels extremely odd. I've tried to get someone to contact me for over 2 months via email and phone with zero response. Two days ago I contacted my credit card company to get a reversal on the charge since the product wasn't usable. Then yesterday I received and email from resetsmile asking to confirm delivery of the product. When I clicked "confirm" another screen popped up saying thank you for your satisfaction of our product. Now if I click the link it goes to a "Page not found-404". This seems as a scammy way of getting around refunding the charges.

On their website I thought I was getting information when I was actually placing an order. They even arranged financing and sent the kit. NONE OF WHICH I APPROVED. Tried to contact them , but only by email or voice message. Couldn’t talk to a person. I’M TRYING TO CANCEL THIS ORDER AND RETURN THE KIT. No response yet!! ALSO THE LOAN NEEDS TO BE CANCELLED!!!!!!

Very painful. The gums are way too thick and long causing the teeth to not set correctly and my gums are now swollen and bleading. When I bite down, they push them into the correct position but then the gum pieces spread and cut the inside of my mouth. The upper piece that is suppose to sit on the roof of my mouth hangs so low that i could place a nickel between it and the roof of my mouth. This is causing me to have to suck the spit out every few seconds and my speech is now horrible. I can not get anyone to call or email me back!!!

March 9 2024 seems very efficient, hoping it’s a great deal. Thomas

No response from emails or call back in. Attempted for over a week

My order shows it was shipping on 3/4. UPS the label was created and ready for UPS on 3/1. Three phone calls and emails and zero response. (Update) now six phone calls. So my order arrives and I think there may need to be a few adjustments but I will take my review to four stars. Will continue to updae.

Prompt response and clear company procedures and charges impressed me! I will surely send you some referrals once my order is successfully completed; but I suggest that the warranty should be optional.
