It's a little early to judge but I think pricing is high , no better time to give back to the American people then to pull a trump move and rape them just saying.

They look good and fit pretty well but are a little painful in a spot on my gum. I hope this will go away after I wear them for a while. I'm thinking about filing down the tight spot.

Was straightforward and and a rewarding experience. I don't like going into a dentists office.

Easy ordering

I try calling and calling.. no agents available. I email and no response. I canceled my order and never used. You sent me an email that it was cancelled BUT you never notified Affirm. And they want money. Call me to get this straightened out. I will try the social media ads you have to reach you that way as well

I ordered my kit in September '23. I sent it back in October '23. It's now late March '24 and still haven't received my insert. I did however, make all four payments. Also, the T.V. advertisement is deceiving as well as the website. They make it sound so simple and easy. But. When you get your kit, there are requests that are not on website or commercial. That's deception that has now lead to theft. YOU'VE BEEN WARNED!!! Update: There is obviously a communication issue at reset smile. I have spoken to a rep and told them the request was not part of what I signed up for. Again, misleading and deceptive business practice. Now, false claims.

The site was easy to navigate and having to put zero down and make payments was key for me.
