I am thoroughly impressed. After 18 years of missing my side tooth I finally have a tooth again!!! Over the years with the boom of social media I’ve seen how people make jokes and tease people who are missing a side tooth. That’s when I seen the ad on IG for reset smile and knew it was for me. The process was smooth the directions were clear. The videos helped. The delivery was on target. I was kept in the loop and updated as needed. The only issue is that my gums are a bit darker than the color they chose. So its very noticeable when I smile. But I have tooth and I’m satisfied and happy. Thank you all!!!!

I'm updating my review 10/22/24.. shortly after my first review I was contacted by Trevor from Reset smile and he has been very accommodating! They sent me custom trays to get the issue resolved and I'm in the works of that currently. Hopefully we can get the issue fixed but customer service is def there you just might have to wait a few days to hear back. Glad to hear from them I will update if anything changes but I feel less worried now Original review:I'm getting a little worried about all the other reviews, I'm having trouble getting in touch with customer service. I received my order but they don't fit properly, I emailed and notified on 8/4/24 and I still haven't heard back it's 8/8/24. I've tried calling also many times and I've left a voicemail. I will change this review if I hear back and my issue is properly fixed. Thank you.

Wow! They were made to fit and fit perfectly they did. I got the 4 upper front teeth and the device clings nicely to the eye teeth on each side. I can smile again. I can speak clearly again! And it was affordable, easy and their support team was there when I had a question and help with impressions, photos and shipping. Thank you ResetSmile!

Wow! What a company! Made a fantastic partial for me. Color match perfect. Bite is excellent. My dentist will be furious...he want $4300. I highly recommend Reset Smile

NOT EASY. POOR VALUE. In June 2024, I started the process with reset smile. Paid them $798 for upper and lower Replacement teeth. They requested I redo the molds four times. I am a very mechanical hands-on guy so for me not to be able to give them what they needed. Makes the process difficult I believe. 3 1/2 months later, they told me they cannot do the bottom march, only the top arch. They also told me that they would credit back the bottom of March without saying how much before I agreed to it. I told them I wanted half of my money back because I thought $600 was too much for a single arch for two teeth. They credited me $200 and their communication has been horrible! I have recontacted them three or four times since then with no response. I contacted them three or four times in the first three months with slow responses from them. I don’t think anything would’ve gotten done. Had I not contacted them . Because they were not contacting me. They had my $798 for four months, probably collecting interest on it. Then they switched me from two arches for $798 to one arch for $598. Very scammy.
